Scholarship Details Scholarship Name/Title: Kellam High School Performing Arts Scholarship - Honoring Sara Anne Phelps Moretz Scholarship Amount: 2500 to 750 Requirements/Eligibility: Applicants must be a senior of Kellam High School Performing Arts students only. Applicants must have participated in two of the following Kellam High School Performing Arts - Kellam High School Drama Club or Thespian Society, Kellam High School Choral Group(s), Kellam High School Orchestra/Band, Kellam High School Ukulele Ensemble, Kellam High School Forensics Team. Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 2.75 is required. Current GPA will be checked before awards are made as of deadline. Please submit the listed below - Applicants Cover form; most recent transcript; resume to include all performing arts classes, productions, awards, and related activities (2 page maximum); community service resume (2 page maximum); Essay; and one teacher(past or present) recommendation (other than Drama, Chorus, Orchestra, Band, or Ukulele/Forensics club sponsors).
